What kind of a brand are you building and what does it say about you?
Today's episode is for people who want to stand the test of time in business, who want to be known for more than just a product they sell or how much money they make; for people who truly want to craft a legacy. There is more to branding than what we see on Pinterest. Logos, color schemes and fonts are the surface level stuff. What about your brand story and your mission and your values as a company? How does that appear in your messaging and in your interactions with your clients and your prospects?
Tiffany Neuman is the creator of the Legacy Brand Method and she works with business owners and entrepreneurs to help them scale and grow their brand into something that makes an impact. She helps you create an actual legacy through your brand and she is here to talk about how you can start to shift your brand from a front facing company, business or personal brand into a legacy brand.

Parents, entrepreneurs, you are great at casting vision. We do this all the time - we are looking into the future, we are planning. But how often do we sit down with our kids and ask them what their vision is?
Today we want to talk to the kids about what it means to cast the vision for their lives. Whether or not you become entrepreneurs is not the point. It's about having eyes on where you're being led, and where you're being guided, and where you want to go next so that you can put together the stepping stones to get you there.

I believe that wisdom in business comes from diversification, from discerning what ways are the best ways to bring in additional income streams into your business so that you're not fully reliant on "all your eggs being in one basket."
That's why today, I'm having Dustin Heiner on the show. Dustin is the founder of Master Passive Income and Successfully Unemployed. In today’s episode, we dive into a lot of the things that come with diversification, building passive income streams and the freedom that comes with that.
As a father of four Dustin also offers great perspective around why this is so critical when it comes to building generational wealth and legacy that we get to pass along to our children.

It is summertime! A lot of us are going on road trips or taking vacations to the beach or doing different things together, as a family. Since all of our episodes are geared towards you, the entrepreneur, we wanted to shift our Raising Luminaries episodes for a couple of weeks and gear them towards your kids. That way, when you're in the car or when you're doing something as a family, you can have this short little clip that is not just directed at you, the parent, but your kids can tune in and gain value from it.
So, in today’s episode we're speaking directly to children of entrepreneurial parents. Because let's face it, sometimes messages they hear from anyone other than us (their parents!) are the ones they actually hear and absorb. It's from that place that we want to create messages for your kids around the ideas of the entrepreneurial spirit and leadership and why it's so necessary to develop these entrepreneurial skills.
And by the way, this is a small taste of what we have created inside our Raising Luminaries Co-op. We will be opening the doors in the fall so if you want to get on the waitlist, go to luminaryleadershipco.com/co-waitlist.

Today’s episode marks a special milestone as our 100th episode!
100 episodes and nearly a full year later, I feel like I've learned some of my most powerful leadership lessons in that timeframe. There have been many times in the last year where I've leaned on my closest family and friends to get through some of my toughest times. It’s been hard, but at the same time, it's been so moving, inspiring and joy-filled because we were exactly where we're meant to be. Sometimes I can't even wrap my head around all the grace and true possibility that's come during this time.
So, to mark this special milestone I've distilled the last 100 episodes into the five most powerful and life-changing leadership lessons that were too good not to share and also not something you’ll hear in the mainstream, because these are not obvious metrics of leadership and growth!

Your sibling relationships are the longest relationships you'll probably ever have. If life goes according to plan, you outlive your parents with your siblings; you know your siblings long before you meet your spouse. So, it's a bond that you have for an entire lifetime. Yet we don't put a lot of attention and energy into it.
When we talk about the idea of creating family teams, and having a mission together as a family, one of the ways that we can do that and strengthen that is through sibling relationships, and putting energy and focus there. So, today's episode is all about that - how can you help your kids bond together as siblings and not take for granted that beautiful relationship and what it can be and how that can ultimately lead to more possibility as a family.

Are you ready to build and lead a team who is aligned with your mission? In today’s episode, I am bringing you two of my favorite people to tell you how they are doing it along with their best tips so you can do it too!
Anna and Ryan are a husband and wife duo, they're members of my Incubator program, and they are masterful in their space. They are the owners of Refuge and Co and they are a photography team. Today they are here to talk about the immense growth that they've seen in the last year and the way they have grown and expanded their team.
They don't just have people working for them; they have people working with them in their mission. Their team is not just checking off task lists, they have people who are rooted in the mission, and part of a culture that they've created that is going out and making a positive ripple effect in the world.
Today's conversation is all about how you grow and lead a team. What does that look like? What are best practices? What are the mistakes to avoid? This conversation is really going to expand your mind to the possibility of adding people who are going to get behind your mission.

Sometimes it feels like everybody's just doing life separately. There's so much going on between work and kids, and everyone's kind of in their own lanes, on autopilot. But what would it look like and, more importantly, what would it feel like if your family made a shift - a shift from being a group of individuals doing life in tandem to actually operating as a team?
This is something that not everybody is conscious of. It's not something that we all focus on or even think of, especially in today's culture, but it is something that we as a family are focusing on really heavily, and I wanted to share the wins that we’re seeing and how we're teaching our kids the power of being a family team. And trust me, it changes the energy and the dynamic in your home. Big time.

Today’s episode is one of those podcast episodes that every single business owner on the face of planet Earth needs to hear!
I am joined by the go-to expert in sales, Nikki Rausch, who has also become a dear friend of mine. She has supported me, mentored me and given me so many great ideas and learnings around sales. She comes to the table with over 25 years of experience selling to prestigious organizations, such as The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Hewlett-Packard, and NASA. But she realized her passion and her gift was really in serving entrepreneurs and helping them step into possibility when it comes to scaling and selling.
Today's conversation gets really strategic, really tactical. Nikki shares so many things that you can apply immediately to see growth in your business, changes that will immediately affect sales in your business. But, on top of that, we had some great conversations around leadership, growth and possibility.

There's a difference between raising kids who do their best, and raising kids that feel the pressure to do their best.
There's a difference, because that intrinsic motivation is coming from two very different places. And as entrepreneurs, we might be a subset of the parenting population that's doing more damage than good in this category (I know because I keep messing this one up personally.) We may be preaching one thing while modeling another.
In today’s episode, we’re talking about how this is affecting our kids who are under more pressure than ever and what we can do to raise hard working kids who give it their all because that's just who they are innately, without feeling like they're drowning under the weight of having to do it all.
