Dr. Kat’s journey to getting her doctorate in physical therapy was born from her own desire to help herself really, and the thought that if she was going to go through this painful experience, then certainly other women were as well. She needed to find a way to make pregnancy and everything afterwards more painless. So, Painless Pregnancy was born! 

Dr. Kat is no stranger to this show, and has given her expert advice on how to stay healthy pre, during, and post-pregnancy.
