Making sacrifices within a marriage where you are able to talk, trust, feel and negotiate is NOT the same as self sacrifice. Marriage is a form of Activism and a demonstration of God's love only if you have determined that the person to whom you are married has not made you their supply through manipulation, seduction and control. It is imperative that you discern this before taking the advice to remain married.
