Real Estate Agents! There’s a reason why no one is engaging with your market reports…. This is why...
Your audience doesn’t understand the information!
And why should they?
Unless you’re trying to attract other agents (which I hope isn’t your goal!), your ideal audience, your dream clients, don’t understand what these reports ACTUALLY mean FOR them.
I mean think of it this way…
You go to the doctor. You get a blood test done. You get the report back. More than HALF of the report is gibberish to you.
It’s numbers that don’t mean a thing.
It’s words and lingo that you have no idea what they mean.
So what do you need?
A doctor to analyze and EXPLAIN the report to you so you CAN understand it.
Make sense right?
So why are you treating your market reports differently?
You're the expert. Your audience is the client who knows nothing and is looking to you for guidance.
Instead of regurgitating the stats you get from your brokerage, ACTUALLY explain what the report means!
Ultimately, numbers are just numbers if people don’t know what it means for THEM.
And how do you get your ideal clients to understand?
By getting specific.
By answering the question “What does this mean for me?”.
So on this podcast episode, I’m going to be breaking down and helping you understand the Anatomy Of An Effective Market Report.
We'll be covering:
And so much more!
Ready to turn your market reports from a snooze fest that people ignore to something they look forward to seeing each month?
During this week’s podcast epsiode, I’m showing you how to create content that converts.
