So many real estate agents rely on referrals for their entire business.

It’s usually not at all RELIABLE.
And a lot of agents are feeling that right now.
The way most people do referrals, they never know where the next client is coming from or when!

Real Estate Agents! Your ads, like everything else, have to be psychologically driven.
If you’re boosting posts, setting up ads without targeting, and/or without the right psychology behind them…
You might as well be putting 20 bucks in a shoe and lighting it on fire.
Psychologically driven content and consistent nurture is the answer.
A good lead generation ad is just the first step.
I hear the same things sooo often from agents:
“I’m running ads and not getting much…”
“I took a FB ads class and it didn’t work…”
“I tried FB ads and they don’t work for me…”
And then when I start digging a little deeper
…there’s no strategy …there’s no long-term nurturing plan
…there’s no interest-based targeting …there’s no retargeting ads.
My team and I see it every day.
How many ads do you see a day? Thousands? Millions?
How many do you click on? Only a few maybe.
Sooooo? What does that tell you?
You can’t just run any old ad and expect it to change your business.
Marketing is just psychology…the science of influence.
If you haven’t studied the pains, problems, fears, and desires of your target audience, then you haven’t done the bare minimum, in my opinion.
Don’t try to shortcut things - it never works!

Real Estate Agents! Let's talk about money...
There is a difference between people who act rich… and those who act WEALTHY.
And let me you tell you… people who are truly wealthy act very differently.
They act differently than those who have just started to make money… And I see certain patterns a LOT in this industry.
As real estate agents start earning money… They start to ACT rich, because they want to APPEAR rich, and they want to FEEL rich…
But they are actually *repelling* wealth.
They buy a nicer car.
They travel every month for nice vacations.
They buy designer clothes, and bags, and watches, and shoes, and belts.
They buy A LOT of things… But none of those things are actually bringing them any kind of ROI.
They buy to feel a certain way and look a certain way to others.
This is the problem.
This is why they aren’t ever able to create real wealth.
“Realtors never retire”... and it’s not because they don’t want to.
It’s because they can’t.
Some agents who make $500k+ a year are living paycheck to paycheck.
And it all comes down to how they think about and manage their money.
It is DANGEROUS not to know how to handle your money.
There are a handful of very specific things that make the difference between staying in the same cycle with money… and actually getting ahead.
