Conflicting regulations in New Jersey and Delaware are highlighted, as well as the overall poorly organized and difficult-to-navigate landscape of SLP regulation at the state level. Megan and Jeanette urge organizing within local state communities to clarify licensing and Medicaid regulations, particularly in light of the interstate compact rolling out in the next few years.
