Yumi Stynes is the star of our latest FORTY conversation. Her uncomplicated and unapologetic approach is what we need to hear, and we expected nothing less from the media powerhouse known for speaking and writing her thoughts on radio, TV, podcasts, and in books.

Yumi is assertive and resolute in recognising the rhythm of her life in her forties. She openly discusses her experience of quitting alcohol, having ‘two batches of kids’ across 16 years, staying friends with an ex, and owning her NO decisions (including Christmas insanity!).
