Today I'm reading an excerpt from Anam Cara by John O'Donohue. It beautifully explains how comparison is a result of distorted vision, arising from the eye of inferiority and blind to your "secret beauty".
This passage is a reminder to turn back inwards, towards Self, and reclaim the awareness of the treasures you so nobly hold within. To nurture them, and let what you see in others inspire and delight you, knowing that good is good for everyone no matter what direction it's flowing in or who it's flowing from. And you are surely a source of good.
Introspection questions:
“What does it feel like to turn inwards towards my own treasure?”
"How would my life change if I turned towards my inner treasures?"
