Years ago, while I was on a job site, someone asked me, "What exactly do you get paid to do?" My answer was simple: "I get paid to think."

To this day, I still stand by that statement. CEOs, especially those of us in the creative space, need time and space to think. It's in that intentional time of reflection and vision-casting that we're able to chart the path forward and guide our businesses to where we want them to go.
