Love addiction can show up in many different ways, some subtle - some not so subtle. But the feelings underneath it all have no variation. Katie identifies key behaviors and signs to a possible self diagnosis, an important first step to healing, and shares some valuable resources.

We are wired for connection, we are wired for love. How can we redirect the love we crave from others back into ourselves, so that we can build healthy relationships? (Hint hint...it doesn’t start with the other person)
