Today is a very raw and honest solo episode as a reflection of three years without my dad, Greg Jordan. On this exact day, July 13th, three years ago, my dad succumbed to his prostate cancer.Your gain today is to get to know my dad a little better, but also to just have a very real conversation about the pain around losing a father or father figure. I'm talking about how I'm feeling, what I'm thinking, the hardest parts about being three years out from his death, and what I've learned since he died. Whether or not you’ve lost a father specifically, I have no doubt some of the things I’ll say or get into in this episode will be really relatable for you.I think these milestones are important to acknowledge and reflect back on.
