About Mitch:
Mitch is 28 years old from Newton, IL. He opened his agency in November of 2018. In his first 2 years, he hit the Grand Slam, achieving MDRT, Chairman’s Circle, Exotic Travel, and Presidents Club (Life). During his second year of agency, he and his brother started a company, Frost Buddy, and have grown it to a multi-million dollar company by utilizing their hard work, persistence, and a winning attitude. Mitch manages a team of 5 within his agency and manages a team of 8 with Frost Buddy. His day-to-day mindset is what allows him to grow, learn, and succeed in all of the challenges that are thrown at him.
