This form of meditation has been an amazing addition to my feminine embodiment work. With all the structure and achievement focus of this world, I had begun to feel tight in my own body. I was putting so much pressure on myself to succeed, that I had begun to separate from my true essence of feeling...rather than always thinking. This meditation practice is my version of feminine embodiment and I invite you to add it to your daily practice. We are sensual beings and our bodies are craving to be felt and appreciated.
