At least 20% of the workforce is neurodivergent, and yet it's something most managers don't understand or know how to support. 

In this episode, I'm joined by Margaux Joffee, neurodivergent speaker, consultant, and Co-Founder of the Great ADHD Reset Program, where we discuss what neurodiversity is, specific actions you can take as a manager and leader to support your neurodivergent team members, and how building more inclusive teams makes a better experience for anyone.
