Our job is not to convince others of our value. If you want to grow your confidence or self worth, stop giving other people the calculator. Show up as the only person you can authentically be...YOU. If they don’t appreciate, notice, value or understand you, well you have a choice to make...blaze a new trail, or find a new place to work that does.
