Stacie Speaker has always had a knack for making connections with her teams, co-workers and clients seem effortless.

After earning her degree in communications from Cal State Fullerton, she was blessed to have both film and television jobs in Hollywood, including working with many entertainment licensing companies such as The Walt Disney Company, DreamWorks and Rovio Entertainment. After 20 years working in tinsel town and playing with kids toys, she left corporate America and put her skills to the test as an entrepreneur delivering high-impact long-term strategies for fast-paced companies and compassionate leaders who want productive and highly engaged employees. She is a certified Business and Communication Coach, who has a thriving business where compassionate leaders partner with her to create their ideal work environment without having to compromise their values and live a life that they love, daily.

During this interview, Stacie explains the disconnect that often occurs between marketing and creative teams, and the step by step process to bridging the communication gap so that everyone wins.
