In today's episode, I dive into the why behind so many people have to start over on Jan. 1st, why we feel like we need to, what is required to truly elicit change in our lives, and my exact process for implementing change in my own life.
I then move to extremes in dieting (another thing we feel like we NEED to do this time of year) and so unpacking that a bit; how to know if something is truly "extreme", what questions to ask to truly know, and of course how we can support these processes in a mindful and sustainable way!
In part 2 of this episode, I will share my current thoughts on Functional Medicine, how it started versus how it's going, and why I am getting rid of the title "Functional Medicine Practitioner" in my own practice, so STAY tuned, that will be released tomorrow!
