In the second part of my "New Year" Episode, I speak my current thoughts on Functional Medicine, where it started versus how it's going and why I have decided to forego my title of Functional Medicine Practitioner (and what I am doing instead!)

With this episode, I am FINALLY launching my first ever FOUNDATIONAL program, emcompassing all of the aspects of health and healing I have learned over the years with my own health, the health of my clients, and all of the feedback I get from my followers and listeners.

My love of functional medicine has taken a shift, but not my love for serving others and guiding them on their healing journeys and I am running the truly foundational "root cause" program (no supplements or testing required) to help SO many more people regain their health as I have done and have facilitated so many in also doing!
