I am honored to have Andrea Kennedy as our guest today, I can't think of a better person to discuss the exciting topic of Reiki!

Shortly after earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics, Andrea took her first Reiki class in 1995. She was skeptical about Reiki due to her mainstream upbringing, but her personal practice brought wonderful blessings into her life. This inspired her to bring Reiki to more people and create her professional practice called Mainstream Reiki.

Andrea is a phenomenal teacher and breaks down Reiki in such an easy-to-understand way. She shares how it works and emphasizes that it's not just some "woo-woo" fluff but energy that can be beneficial for a whole host of issues, which we explore in today's episode. I have been trained in Reiki and have been amazed by what I have seen so far in my short journey; it has been mind-blowing, and I am a huge fan.
