Friends!!! I'm back after 24 days off of all social media (& off my phone in general). I have another week left in my hiatus but felt called to sit down and talk through some of the things that not only led to this time away but what has come from it thus far. Buckle up & open those heart chakras because this is one that felt good to record and even better to edit. 

Change is coming :) And that is a beautiful thing.
