Day 4 of the 5 days of holiday grief is here!Today we’re digging into re-imagining the holidays after we go through a loss, and talking about how to even begin moving forward—which I know can feel so impossible sometimes.The holidays, an anniversary, a birthday, or any other day that holds special meaning can feel like everyone around you is celebrating or going about their normal life. Meanwhile, you’re just struggling to keep your head above water.This episode is going to be a little different than the other ones, because we’re also doing some exercises to help us along in our healing and grieving experience.Hint hint: we’ll go through some really helpful and thought-provoking prompts/questions to ask yourself, and even do a quick breathing and meditation practice!
