Mindset and the way we talk to ourselves matters. And while I’m sure we’d all agree that having a healthy, empowered and productive conversation with ourselves would be important, let’s be honest, this concept falls under the category of easier said than done.

Here’s the good news about mindset, we can replace our negative thoughts with something better anytime we want…we just need to practice.
