Celebrating a different kind of birthday today: One year alcohol-free! And I couldn’t be more proud of myself. It’s actually shocking to look back over the last year and think about all that has changed in my life. I feel like a completely different person, both physically and emotionally. Letting go of one thing has given me everything, and I’m so grateful that one random Thursday in 2024, I decided to kick a substance that was no longer serving me.
