When I began Plant Based Eating for Health Podcast show, little did I know where my journey would take me. 

Join me as I pull back the curtain on my progression from a plant-based eater, who vowed to never identify as a vegan, to now hosting two shows; this one, and Vegan Visibility Podcast show.

Going further into the plant-based lifestyle, I'm finding it to be one of the most spectacular experiences of my life. 

What started as an experiment for my health, turned into becoming a voice for the voiceless, a concerned citizen for the Climate Crisis and a woman in her late sixties more committed to health than ever before.
