Sinead, the oldest of three sisters, left diet culture and started her own social media account back in 2020 and has become a popular force in Ireland for helping people leave diets behind and find success with Intuitive Eating. She sat down with us to talk about her personal story with dieting, body image, binge eating, and ultimately, recovery.
