Quitting her corporate job was the answer to her shy streak and method to avoid speaking at meetings. 

However, Kim decided this fear of public speaking was not going to have hold of her anymore. Despite her fears of being the center of attention, she hired me as her coach. During our work together Kim not only gave her first speech to an audience filled with her ideal clients, she got hired to write a book on her expertise and shared her tips on morning TV.
