Have you ever gone out to your kitchen and opened the fridge or a cabinet, looking for food, and you just can't decide what to eat? Have you ever stood there thinking to yourself ‘Am I even hungry right now?’ Or have you ever experienced those moments when you're feeling kind of snacky because you're bored, or you're stressed out, or you're avoiding the thing that you feel like you should be getting done right now. In this episode, we will be talking about how having these moments with food is totally normal, how we can manage these situations better, and how we can tell the difference between physical and emotional hunger.
