If you are in your 40's or 50's give or take, I’m guessing you have tried it ALL when it comes to improving your health. As women with demanding schedules, we go a million miles an hour and we don't stop. We are used to taking action. We are used to being successful. We’ve typically got a great career and or great family, and we have everything under control.
