About Kevin:
Kevin Mlynarek is married to his wife, Jenn, and they have 3 kids Gabriel, Macy, and Marissa. In March 2007, he opened his first scratch agency. Since 2007, he opened up 4 additional start-up locations in 2008, 2009, 2011, and 2014. Kevin generated over 20 million in organic growth in 15 years. He attributes his success to his outstanding staff and providing 1st class customer service every day and community involvement. He has been on the Regional Advisory Board and moved to the National advisory board. Kevin is also the co-founder of Ideal Traits online personality assessments, which has helped over 12,000 Insurance agents nationwide hire over 55,000 staff with their hiring process and employment selection needs. Kevin’s team is most proud of 4 Best in Region, “Agency Achiever Awards,” and 2 #1 “Best in Company overall,” and has been inducted into the Allstate “Hall of fame!” He is a nationally known speaker in the insurance industry and is always willing to share their team’s best practices while remaining a coachable student of the business! Kevin now has a little extra time on his hands since July 2022, he sold his last agency, all of which have been sold to his staff. Kevin plans to reinvest his time in his family, hobbies, and of course, his passion for helping Agencies achieve their true potential!
