How does a girl from down under go from everyday mom and wife to a household name? The answer is with a story and a signature speech that positions you as an expert.
In this episode, you'll get to be a part of a conversation with one of my clients and students. Belinda had been speaking for years before signing up for the In Demand Signature Speech program.
You’ll hear how the program not only changed what she shared when she spoke but the confidence she has as a speaker today.
Belinda Smith is one of Australia’s leading Independent voices for Children’s Health, Author of The Lunchbox Effect, an advocate for real food in schools and founder of The Root Cause, a for purpose business, that Stands for Children’s Health.
Bel traveled Australia for 2.5 years visiting 100 schools and communities, empowering children, parents and teachers to make better food choices. Her schools programs have now reached over 180 schools and 45,000 children, parents and teachers. Inside her Kids Health Quest Membership, Bel supports families right around the globe to have a peaceful and positive relationship with food. She has been featured on Australian national and regional TV and radio, guest expert on ABC Radio Broken Hill and her work has been mentioned in Australian Parliament.
Bel’s vision is to create a generation of healthy food-literate children who choose real food every day, and these children go onto lead the next generation of children into wellness. She is also a firm believer that when kids become empowered, our jobs as parents become easier.
