Today we talk about the second of the chakra pairings in the Celtic tradition: the Throat and Sacral Chakras. Together, they are considered the Path of Wisdom, so we'll talk about what exactly wisdom is and how it differs from knowledge. Imbalances in these chakras are really common and today you'll learn what some of those imbalances are and what healthy, balanced chakras look and feel like in you. We'll talk about emotions and expression, and why creativity might be the missing component in connecting with your highest self.
