Hi guys! Welcome back to this week of Manifest with Tori DeSimone. Today we talk about 12 diet rules that I cut out of my life that have drastically IMPROVED my quality of life and relationship with food. I was stuck in diet culture for years, and while I'm happy to be on the other side of it, there are many rules that I find I had to abandon to find inner peace with my health journey.
