I share the concept of offering our nervous system a guiding hand, which allows us to soften and receive comfort instead of striving or giving. The guided nature of this meditation enables a deeper state of rest, helping to invigorate the body's natural healing processes.


As we commence our meditation, participants are invited to find a position that feels supportive and to engage in mindful breathing. They are guided to visualize their worries settling like snowflakes, creating tranquility and stillness. I use imagery, such as a warm, golden light representing hope, to foster feelings of warmth and solace. This light symbolizes a gentle invitation to cherish the joy of the season, even when it seems out of reach. With each breath in, listeners draw this light closer, allowing it to bring comfort to any tightness or exhaustion they feel.
