Being a woman is hard in a lot of ways, but there are many women who face extra equity and inclusion challenges in addition to their gender.

I’ve asked Jill Griffin to join me today to discuss how we, as leaders, can improve accommodations for people with disabilities. Jill was involved in an accident that led to head trauma, forcing her to rethink and reboot her life and growing career. She has been featured on the WorkLife podcast with Adam Grant, is a Speaker, Executive Coach, and is working with so many big brand names as an Invisible Disabilities Advocate.
