So, you are wondering what are my 3 best tips for improving back pain with good posture techniques. Do you have your pen ready because this episode is filled with my best advice as a physical therapist to help you improve your posture as a mom.
Good posture is so important to me.
First of all, I think it makes us as women look more confident and it actually makes us look stronger. Even if the rest of our body is weak, having a good alignment in our spine, head and neck makes us look stronger.
And as a new mom, a mom going through postpartum recovery, it's even more important to have good posture let alone be pain free. Back pain can really derail you as a mom who is trying to heal from childbirth. And it's hard to carry your baby around with back pain. So let's fix this right now with my 3 best tips.
