REALNESS: A new mini series inside of REALWITH: The Podcast.

I love using this platform to invite guests to share their knowledge. I love using this platform to have meaningful conversations. I love using this platform to teach....but I recently found myself shying away from keeping it REAL. Like, REAL, REAL.

Which led to the birthing of this new series called REALNESS. Where I get on the mic and quite literally just DUMP out all it is that I am going through, my struggles, my fears && of course - what I am learning from it.

In today's episode, I open up about how I was hit with a wave of Sunday scaries, imposter syndrome & severe anxiety. Mental health is something I take extremely seriously.
I always dreamt of this podcast being a place where I  can share the REALNESS behind being not only a 28 year old woman living in the 21st century -- but also the REALNESS of being a health coach, mentor, biz owner, fiancé, sister, daughter & friend who has her OWN struggles... just like everyone else :)
