In this episode of Serve Scale Soar®, I sat down with Janine Kelbach to talk about how she went from being a nurse to a nurse writer agency to a leveraged program creator. Janine is the perfect example of taking your existing knowledge and using it to grow a niched-down service-based business. 

 

Like so many of us, she was a mom just trying to figure out how she could start a business that she could do from home while she took care of her kids. As we know, providing a service is truly the best path to generating cash flow quickly.

 

After building her service-based business, she joined Beta to Biggie where she learned how to create a leveraged program to help others launch their own freelance writing business. We worked together on her webinar, ads strategy, and evergreen offers, and together we turned her very first launch into a huge success. 

 

Janine Kelbach, BSN RNC-OB, is a wife, mom of 2 boys (and 2 Great Danes), educator, and author of the book, Entreprenurse: 30+ Nurses Turn Into Business Owners and Share Their Secrets to Success. 

 

She has been a Freelance Health Content Writer since 2013 and is the CEO of Write RN. She hosts The Savvy Scribe Podcast and owns SavvyNurseWriter.com. Her team of RN writers help healthcare companies with their content and social needs.
