About Steph:

Steph Tuss grew up in a middle-class family with a working-class mindset. With no entrepreneurs or business leaders on either side of her family, it was a little surprising when she started a holistic nutrition business in her early thirties. A few years into her journey, Steph's company plateaued. That's when she hired David Neagle to teach her how to better grow her business.

Steph realized she didn’t really want to teach people how to be healthy; she wanted to teach them how to be better leaders, how to change their mindsets, and how to break through their barriers and achieve levels of growth they had only dreamed possible.

She sold her business and went to help David build Life is Now and grow it into a multimillion-dollar global consulting firm. Steph started in a sales role and worked her way through every position in the company. Today, she is the CEO. Steph is also a nationally sought-after speaker, and co-host of Business Daily News’s top-ranked podcast, The Successful Mind.
