I value the intention behind Work/Life Balance, which is that work isn’t supposed to consume our entire lives. But the “balance” part is confusing for many, and it always hits me funny that it implies that we leave our lives when we go to work. As someone who loves their career, I’d say my work is very much a part of my LIFE.
