I was really intrigued when listening to an episode and B got really worked up when he talked about his first mentor in couples therapy. It made me realize that well, of course, there are schools and 'ideologies' in treatment of sexual addiction and betrayal trauma just as there are a lot of ideologies in physical therapy (I'll gladly rant about those) And so I thought, well what are those ideologies and how can I identify if my therapist is following a certain ideology? Now in a post-pandemic world where e-health is rapidly n expanding the availability of specialized therapy is greatly increased and thus the need to understand what might guide the therapist.  I'll gladly share my own horrible story about my addiction, denial, and now withdrawal on the show as well as how I found specialized help."
