Kalle received her business degree from the University of Missouri and masters in business while working full time as a pharmaceutical representative. She has an almost 8 year old son and a 1.5 year old baby boy. Her health journey started because she didn't have a period for 18 years and found it through modern science via functional medicine and a lot of woo.

Chef Kimber graduated from Le Cordon Bleu San Francisco in 2008, Shaw Academy with a Personal Nutrition Diploma in 2015, and Yax Yoga Concepts 200 hour YTT in 2013. Kimber is the Author of Happy Food Cookbook and Happy Baking & Desserts. She combines her love of food, yoga, and helping people heal through her role at Nourish!
