Affirmations can help us to recognize what resonates with us and what doesn't. Creating bridge thoughts is the key to stepping into something new. If a certain phrase doesn't resonate, try adjusting it a bit. For example, if you have resistance around the phrase, "I love myself" you may want to adjust it to "I am learning to love myself."
