Let’s talk about some common fears that people experience when struggling with anxiety, panic disorder, and agoraphobia. I created this episode because when I was struggling, I remember feeling so completely alone.

My hope with this episode is that you walk away feeling a little less isolated, a little less “crazy,” and maybe even with a sense of hope. I’ll be diving into some of the most common fears people face, and are things I personally dealt with for years.

  • The fear of going crazy, or losing your mind
  • Being afraid of the sensations, symptoms, and just your body's reaction to anxiety
  • Being afraid of people seeing you feel anxious or experience panic
  • Being afraid that you’ll never get better
