We chat about the chaos of her life before recovery and the moment she decided it was time to change. Ash went to rehab and joined the 12 step program to support her recovery. We chat about the importance of unpacking your past traumas big and small, changing relationships, learning to sit with your emotional pain, and the relief that you get on the other side of sitting through the discomfort.
