Whether you’re a full-time Mom where your job is inside the home, or a Mom who has an additional full or part time job outside the home, YOU HAVE A JOB. That job has REAL value. And we should start thinking about it like that.

(Side note: I also believe that being a Dad is a job and more people should treat it as such, and dad expectations should be as high as mom expectations, but we’re talking about Moms here today.)
