About Ryan:

Ryan Salonia is an award-winning insurance agent providing coverage for individuals, families, and small businesses across New Jersey and Pennsylvania.  After graduating, Ryan headed straight into the insurance industry in 1997, starting his career by helping people manage through their car insurance claims. His State Farm career continued to evolve while spending time in Public Affairs and Agency leadership before opening his own agency in 2007.

His success has earned him attention in the industry. In addition to receiving awards from State Farm, Ryan was ranked 1st amongst New Jersey State Farm agents and 53rd out of 19,200 agents company-wide in helping people with Life Insurance in 2019. 

Ryan's philosophy for business is simple: put the customer first. This mantra is what has led Ryan to his recent decision to redesign his office to allow for more team members with an updated, relevant, safe, and comfortable customer experience.
