Did you know that 64% of Americans report feeling guilty about the food they eat during the holidays? I don’t know about you, but I find that really sad. The holidays are meant to be a time of joy, celebration and connection - not guilt.

 

In this episode, I’m digging into how to give yourself permission to enjoy the holiday foods that you love, without going overboard, and without feeling like you’ve done something wrong.

 

Let’s face it, diet culture is especially loud this time of year, and all of that noise makes it hard to listen to your body and to trust yourself with food. I’m going to give you some really practical strategies to help you enjoy food this holiday season, while also listening to your body. 

 

Intuitive eating can be your superpower this time of year! Go ahead and hit play, and I’ll show you how to use intuitive eating to your advantage as you navigate the holidays, so that you can have peace and freedom with food (minus the side of guilt).
