Meet #21 to the team Shon, a former marine and still a badass. Jimmie, Angela, Shon, and Mike discuss Runzilla's 5k, WODzilla, and OCR events and whether or not it is a event that is worth attending.  The following day Alex, Olvia, Kay, and Mike went to  the Crush Cancer 5k at Bridgewater-Raynham High School and one of them won an award!
