Patrick originally gained his education at the trinity college in Dublin, before completing his clinical training in the Buteyko Breathing Method in Moscow.

Patrick has written several best-sellers including The oxygen advantage, close your mouth, asthma free naturally - a book which he discusses how he cured his own asthma by following some of the breathing principles we discuss.

I have to say, this episode absolutely blew my mind. I had never considered that we could have evolved to breather incorrectly until I came into contact with Patrick.
