Whilst there are some people at either end of the spectrum - at one end we have vegans, and the other we have those following the carnivore or lion diet - most of us we fall somewhere in the middle as far as red meat intake goes.
That being said, there's a lot of conflicting info around whether red meat is good or bad for you, and much debate on how much is too much - which can leave us with questions and concerns about the volume we might be consuming. Understandable, given what's at STEAK *boom tish*
